FOOD & NUTRITION We are not only a lifeline for those in the community experiencing food insecurity, but also a resource for clients seeking to learn how to feed their families healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals. LEARN MORE HEALTH & WELLNESS We know how important it is that every person has the ability to manage their health, and we offer many opportunities for patients to do so through our clinics and partnerships. LEARN MORE LITERACY & DEVELOPMENT We envision helping our community reach self-sufficiency and independence by providing high school equivalency test lessons and administration (GED/HiSET), academic tutoring, computer basics classes, and career services. LEARN MORE COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES We strongly believe in community engagement and togetherness! When a community comes together, it creates a support system that can help individuals improve their living situations and achieve their goals.
